Dear IEDMS Community,
I'm pleased to announce that the Journal of Educational Data Mining (JEDM) is now indexed in Scopus.
This is the culmination of a multi-year process involving a revamp of our policies and procedures to match industry best practices. I would like to recognize and thank Associate Editors Agathe Merceron, Kalina Yacef, Michel Desmarais, and Ryan Baker for their extra efforts to make this possible.
As a result of Scopus indexing, JEDM will soon have an impact factor called CiteScore, which authors may report to show their scholarly impact. JEDM has previously been indexed in ERIC (with full PDF access, fulfilling IES funding requirements), and is additionally archived with DOI in Zenodo.
Only articles from 2020 forward will be indexed, per Scopus policy. We are currently working with Scopus to resolve some minor indexing errors, including incorrect copyright notices on abstracts and broken hyperlinks. As soon as these errors are resolved, articles will be visible in the public part of Scopus. For the time being, they can be viewed here for those who have a Scopus account:
If you notice any errors, please report them to us.
